The Kohima District Badminton Association (KDBA) has informed that it will be organizing the 1st edition of the Kohima Inter Club Badminton Tournament, scheduled from April 25-26, 2025 at the Indore Stadium, Officers Hill (Thegabakha), Kohima.
The event will feature multiple age category Men’s double match, with specific eligibility criteria to ensure fair competition. The KDBA has invited all interested clubs to participate in the tournament.
The registration form will be issued on April 1 which will be available at Sports Inventory centre, opposite to Indoor stadium, Officer’s Hill and Urban Bay Sports, Beits Plaza, secretariat road. -Men’s Doubles 75+ (Minimum combined age: 75 years)
Minimum age: 35 years per player
Only one State-ranked player allowed per team
-Men’s Doubles – 85+ (Minimum combined age: 85 years)
Minimum age: 40 years per player
Only one State-ranked player allowed per team
-Men’s Doubles – 95+ (Minimum combined age: 95 years)
Minimum age: 45 years per player
Only one State-ranked player allowed per team
-Men’s Doubles – 105+ (Minimum combined age: 105 years.
Minimum age: 50 years per player
Only one State-ranked player allowed per team
-Men’s Doubles Open
Only one State-ranked player allowed per team
-Women’s Doubles Open
Only one State-ranked player allowed per team
