Power department has informed that power supply to areas under Powerhouse Burma Camp, Dairy Farm and Nito Farm sub-stations would be affected from 4:30 am to 9am starting April 7-10, 2025.
In a press release, transmission division Dimapur executive engineer S.I. Asangba Tikhir informed that the shutdown was being necessitated as per the request from Assam Electricity Grid Corporation Limited (AEGCL) to execute 132kV Transmission tower diversion works at Old Lahorijan Area, Khatkhati, Bokajan.
Acknowledging inconvenience caused to the affected consumers, the department has sought cooperation from all.
