ATMA Shamator conducts capacity building

Agricultural Technology Management Agency (ATMA) conducted capacity building and skill development programme at Wapher village on May 3, with Aagewan (SEWA Shamator), Thrancy Yimkhiung, as the resource person.


A press release from ATMA Shamator informed that Thrancy, an expert and well trained in the related field, highlighted importance of developing such skills who added that involvement in such activities would boost their income and thereby improve their socio-economic status.


The resource person further urged farmers to work collectively and with sincerity and hard work, so as to achieve their goals. The release added that training on “Identification and Management of Fall Army Worm (FAW) and demonstration on “Preparation of Neem Seed Kernel Extract (NSKE)”, was also conducted, with resource person as AFA, K Kiumukam, and ATM, Kezhalesie, respectively.
