GPRN/NSCN (Unification) Chakhesang Region held an emergency meeting on May 6, 2025, where the members unanimously reaffirmed their unwavering support for the collective leadership of ‘president Gen. (Retd.)’ MB. Neokpao Konyak and ‘ato kilonser’ Alezo Venuh.
In a statement MIP of the group said the resolution emphasized the group’s commitment to pursuing a permanent and honorable solution to the long-standing political issue between the Naga people and the Government of India (GOI), while upholding the principle of Naga history’s uniqueness.
