Nagaland State Cooperative Bank (NStCB) Ltd. has introduced two new loan schemes, offering attractive financial options to its customers on May 15. Senior manager of the Naga Shopping Arcade (NSA) Branch in Dimapur, Masheto Nandu released the first home loan under the newly launched scheme.
Customers can avail home loans of up to Rs. 75 lakh at an 8.50% annual interest rate, with a maximum tenure of 20 years. The loan covers various purposes, including house construction, land purchase with construction, buying ready-built flats or houses, renovation, and purchasing older homes not exceeding 25 years since completion.
The bank has also rolled out the Salary Plus Loan Scheme for customers whose salaries are deposited in its branches. The scheme comes with a 10% annual interest rate and offers several benefits, including a zero-balance savings account, a 5% savings interest rate, free NEFT/RTGS transactions, debit cards, SMS alerts, and unlimited ATM withdrawals up to Rs.1 lakh daily.
With these new financial products, the Nagaland State Cooperative Bank aims to provide better loan accessibility and enhanced banking benefits to its customers.
