Army recruitment rally would be held at Indira Gandhi Stadium, Kohima April 6 to 7 for enrolment of male candidates into the Indian army.
PRO (Def), Kohima Lt Col Emron Musavi informed in a release that the recruitment rally is primarily for the youth of Nagaland only.
The qualitative requirements are, between17 ½ to 23 years. (born after October 1 1993 and before April 1 1999); education should have secured 40% in compulsory subject (physic, chemistry, english and bio) and 50% in aggregate in class 12th, or B.Sc degree (botany/zoology/bio science and english (simple pass). Stipulation of marks laid down at 10+2 level will not be applicable. However, the candidates should have studied the all the four specified subjects in class 12th also.
Vacancies are also available for soldier nursing assistant category.
