SBI evening branch organizes financial literacy programme

State Bank of India (SBI) Evening Branch organized a day long, financial literacy and credit counseling at Toulazoma village Wednesday, with support from FIF managed by NABARD.

Chief Manager, SBI Dimapur Evening Branch, B R Mandal explained to the delegates the importance of financial literacy and emphasized on the need of bank accounts and financial inclusion. The programme was presided over by chairman of the village, Lhousezo Sukhrie.

Lauding the initiative taken by SBI, the chairman of the village council and other dignitaries expressed happiness and resolved to work together with SBI for financial literacy and inclusion in the village.
