Rahul’s BJN Yatra to enter Nagaland today

Congress leader Rahul Gandhi’s Nagaland leg– Bharat Jodo Nyay Yatra (BJNY)– is set to kick-off on Tuesday. The Congress leader will arrive Nagaland from Manipur on Monday evening and halt for the night at Khuzama.


As per the tentative schedule, Rahul will commence the yatra from Viswema on January 16 and head to Kohima town where he is expected to visit the World War II cemetery for a wreath laying event. He will then address the public at Phulbari area and head to Chiechama.


On the same day, Rahul will proceed to Tseminyu town and later to Wokha town where he will address the public from the yatra bus.
The Congress leader will halt for the night at Chukitong town. On January 17, Rahul will head to VK Town and address the public and later head to Mokokchung.


Besides addressing the public, he is also expected to hold an interaction at Fazl Ali college compound. The former Congress president is scheduled to stop over at Chuchuyimlang village Gandhi Ashram. He will then proceed to Changtongya and address the public from the yatra bus before leaving for Tuli, where he will halt for the night. On January 18, the Congress leader will head to Assam via Amguri.
