Dimapur police Sunday apprehended two cadres one each from NSCN (K) and NNC/FGN for illegal possession of arms at Khermahal junction, Dimapur around 10: 30 a.m. The two activists were identified as “Pvt” Longshe Khemunger, NSCN (K) son of late Thami of Thonoknyu village and “Corporal” Songyei Khemunger NNC/FGN, son of Pukho of Sanglow village. Police recovered one 9 mm, country made pistol from their possession. Police said the duo was sent from Tuensang for a mission in Dimapur.
