In view of the ensuing Diwali festival, the Dimapur Municipal Council (DMC) has requested all shops to remain open on Sunday (Oct 26) to facilitate festive shoppers. DMC vice chairperson DP Angami in a press release, on behalf of the municipal council, also conveyed Diwali greetings to all citizens of Dimapur.
