After nearly a month’s stay in Kisama, the displaced Mao people would return to their homes June 6, the Mao Union Kohima (MUK) informed today. According to MUK president H. Lokho, a farewell meeting for displaced people would be held Sunday, 1 p.m. under the aegis of co-ordination committee of all Naga civil societies (CCNCS). The union has appealed to the public to enable them to reach their respective homes.
