Sungit, Tokheho condole Dorjee Khandu’s death

NPCC president S.I Jamir and Congress legislature party leader Tokheho Yepthomi Thursday expressed their grief and sorrow over the death of Arunachal Pradesh chief minister Dorjee Khandu, who died along with four others in a chopper crash. 
The Congress leaders described late Khandu as a leader attached to the downtrodden and a man of honesty and integrity who upheld the principle of Congress party throughout his political career. 
The NPCC president and CLP leader, in their separate messages, also conveyed heartfelt condolences to the members of the bereaved family. CLP leader Tokheho said on Khandu’s death the people of Arunachal and NE in particular and India in general has lost a leading leader who earned respect and admiration of the people for his dedication and innate simplicity. While, NPCC president S.I Jamir said Khandu’s death was also an irreparable loss to the all India Congress party.
Further, they said his dedicated services to the people would always be cherished.
