Kushiabill Village Council, Dimapur Friday has resolved to expel family members of an 11-yeard old boy from Kushiabill on charges of sodomy. The minor, whose father works as a manual worker at Mukesh Bata (bricks factory) from Naogaon, Assam was caught red handed by the villagers on Thursday at the Church premise in Kushiabill.
The boy was later handed over to police by the villagers. However, with mutual understanding the village council and GB have decided to take up the case. According to Sumi Totimi Hoho (STH) Kushiabill, the minor had admitted the act of sodomising with goats even in the past. STH further added the council and the family members of the minor would sign an agreement on Saturday after which the whole family members would be “banished” from Nagaland.
