A beggar around 60-years of age was found dead at the top floor of the fish market at New Market Dimapur.
According to police, the beggar was assumed to have died due to starvation. The deceased was found wearing grey T-Shirt, blue jeans, black sandal and grey belt with black shawl (red and white striped) over the body.
