NCRC organized one-day leadership training for Kohima Town CRC pastors and deacons, Church leader on September 18 at NCRC P.R. Hill, Kohima.
The speakers of the training included mission director NCRC, Rev. Imcha Yanger, director NEIM, Rev. Neivotso Neikha and president NCRC, Rev. Dr. Neikeduozo Paphino.
In the first session, Rev. Imcha Yanger shared on ‘Spiritual oneness, soul wining, outreach missionary etc’. He advised Church leaders to at least visit neighbouring Churches and support the weaker Churches. He also highlighted on authority of pastors, less privilege for theologians, less dedication, moulding of youth, and criticism among Church leaders.
In the second session, Rev. Neivotso highlighted on ‘Extreme spiritualism, how to organize more seminars and refreshing course for youth, false prophecies, traditional church etc’ while Rev. Neikedouzo highlighted on activities, aims and objectives of NCRC in the third session.
He encouraged the Church leaders to send more missionaries in order to win more lost souls.
About 80 pastors, deacons and Church leaders from 18 Churches in Kohima town attended the seminar.
