Nagaland Electricity Regulatory Commission (NERC), Kohima has informed that copies of draft regulations on Nagaland Electricity Regulatory Commission (Citizen Charter) Regulations, 2012 and Draft Nagaland Electricity Regulatory Commission (Manner Service and Publication of Notice) Regulation, 2012 can be availed in the Office of NERC, Old MLA Hostel Complex, Kohima and also in the office of Chief Engineer (Department of Power), Kohima.
The same can be seen by any interested person during office hours on any working day and would also be available at NERC website: www.nerc.org.in.
Any person having any comments/suggestions/objections may submit the same in writing addressed to deputy director-cum-commission secretary of the Nagaland Electricity Regulatory Commission latest by October 25 and the draft regulations taken into consideration on October 31, stated an official bulletin.
