Continuing with its effort to curb illegal inflow of liquor during the ensuing election, mobile squad excise personnel Thursday night seized 40 cases of IMFL from New Field check gate.
In connection to this, one person identified as Kumar was apprehended.
According to superintendent of excise, Ghokiho Yeptho the IMFL was detected from a passenger vehicle.
He told Nagaland Post, that the excise personnel would continue full swing checking at check gates and in and around Dimapur to curb free flow of liquor during the ensuing election.
The duty party was led by assistant inspector, Lanu Yanger.
