Nagaland Baptist Church Council (NBCC) has informed that Council of Baptist Churches in North East India (CBCNEI)’s ‘63rd Annual General Meeting’ under the theme ‘Put on love for perfect unity’(Col. 3:14) will be held from April 26-28 in Akuvuto, Dimapur. The meet will be hosted by Western Sumi Baptist Association (WSBAK) on behalf of NBCC.
Main speakers will be general secretary, Asia Pacific Baptist Federation (APBF); Rev. Bonny Resu, general secretary, National Council of Churches in India (NCCI) Rev. Dr. Roger Gaikwad and general secretary, CBCNEI Rev. Dr. A. K. Lama. Leaders from Baptist Conventions under CBCNEI – Arunachal Pradesh, Assam, Meghalaya, Manipur and representatives from all the associations under NBCC will be attending.
Some of the highlights of the program are devotional and worship services, Bible studies, seminars and business sessions.
One of the special features will be honouring the former leaders from Nagaland who have significantly contributed to the ministry of the CBCNEI. All Baptist churches and believers have requested to uphold in prayer for a successful program.
