Eastern Naga Students ‘Federation (ENSF) completed its first phase counseling where 151 meritorious students’ from “poor family” attended the counseling along with their parents/guardian. Courses and Colleges were assigned to all students who attended the counseling.
Students opting for civil & mechanical engineering were allocated seats at Vidhya Group of Engineering Institution (VGEI) and Holy Mary Group of Institution (HMGI) while Royal Institute of Technology & Science (RITS) were reserved for those students opting for other engineering courses such as CSE, EEE, ECE, Information Technology etc.
Students opting for B. Pharm were allotted seats at Holy Mary Group of Institution while Tirumala Nursing College (TNC) was reserved for those students opting for B.sc Nursing.
The admission cum registration for the first phase would be held on June 24-25, 8 a.m. onwards at the office of the Eastern Nagaland Students’ Union Dimapur (ENSUD).
All parents/guardian of the concern selected students have been requested to come during the registration day with suggestions on travel plan to Hyderabad which would be held on the first and second week of August.
ENSF informed that any students failing to attend the admission day would be considered as disclaimed and seats would be considered for those in the waiting list.
With reference to the ENSF second phase, the Federation further invites interested student who wish to pursue on the following courses under fee reimbursement scheme; GNM (50 seats) 10+2 with 45% (any streams), MBA & MCA (25 seats each), civil engineering (20 seats), other engineering (Mechanical CSE, EEE, ECE, ITE), B sc. Nursing & B. Pharm ( 35 seats each).
All indigenous inhabitant of Nagaland could apply provided they are considered as the national backward minorities.
Meritorious and “poor students” could avail the registration and counseling forms at DUDA Guest House, Kohima (9862998537) and may contact ENSUD for Dimapur (9774335852).
Students should either submit their registration forms to ENSUD and ENSUK or may bring their registration and counseling forms during the last counseling day on June 26-27 in Dimapur and Kohima respectively.
