ASHA Training under Wokha district was held at deputy commissioner (DC)’s conference hall on July 4 wherein NVBDCP district program officer, Dr. Zuben Kikon highlighted the gathering on over all malaria and vector borne diseases control.
The second session, duties and responsibilities of ASHA were discussed and message to disseminate to the community was delivered by NVBDCP project consultant Vekhohulu Rose Khamo.
The training also covered a session on how to treat malaria PV and PF given, making of slides and RDT and activities things to do during (IRS) indoor residual spray season.
