A five-day Accredited Social Health Activist (ASHA) training on 6th and 7th module (third round) for Ongpangkong Block, Mokokchung district got underway August 7 at Ongpangkong Salang on the theme “Reaching the unreached”.
All the topics were presented by resource persons – Dr.Kibangkumba, Tongpangkokla Ozukum PHN, Temsuchila BAC.
Besides, Dr.Limatula DPO (UIP&RCH) explained about routine immunization and Dr Marina DPO (NVBDCP) talked about Malaria.
A total of 39 Accredited Social Health Activists attended the training. Accredited Social Health Activists took active participation in the session by giving presentations, role plays, demonstration and group discussions.
The programme was chaired by Sentizenla Longkumer DCM and welcome address was given by Deputy CMO Dr. Kibangkumba.
