Dimapur Kyong Students Union (DKSU) has demanded the re-arrest of the Borlingri May 17 triple murder accused and questioned how a murderer of such a heinous crime could be released without proper trial from Diphu court.
Questioning whether the accused has been released because he has not committed the crime, the union queried whether justice prevails in the society.
The union asserted that if law prevails in the society then an example should be set by re-arresting the murderer and put behind the bars.
The union further warned that if any untoward incidents occur to the murder then the authority should be held responsible for the eventualities.
