NNC LRC, Lotha region, has appointed Nzeo Kikon, retired supervisor, NKVIB, son of Woskha Kikon of N. Longidang village, the region council general secretary on September 25.
According to a press release issued by LRC NNC president R. Patton, the appointment was based on preservation and protection of the Naga plebiscite only and for welfare of the Lotha region but not for levying/collecting any tax. He further appealed to all concerned to extend cooperation while discharging his duties.
