Zhaleo Rio inaugurates marketing shed, rostrum

Parliamentary secretary for urban development Zhaleo Rio inaugurated highway marketing shed, newly constructed rostrum and also declared New Chümukedima youth sports meet open on Friday at New Chümukedima playground.
In his inaugural speech, Zhaleo stressed on the need to educate and popularize organic farming and added that one must learn and practice dignity of labour or work culture which he said was vital to be progressive in the society. He also emphasized on the need to utilize the marketing sheds to its fullest capacity.
On sports, he opined that one could be good sportsmen only if one gives their best with strong determination, regular practice, exposure and discipline. Zhaleo further noted that the government has introduced “Catch them young” tournaments to encourage, equip and train youngsters through proper guidance and coaching. After the function, Zhaleo also visited Tsüüma village to assess the ongoing Tsüüma ground construction and later, gave orientation to the villagers and workers as well.
