KSU 65th general conference

Kigwema Students’ Union (KSU) held its 65th general conference Saturday at Seca community ground, Kigwema under the theme ‘the difference is you’ with Colonel Govind Singh, commanding officer 164th Naga Regiment Jakhama Military Station Kigwema as the guest of honour.
Addressing the conference, colonel Govind said “the power of any society rests in us and you.
Together we constitute the society and each act of yours impacts the others around you.”
He also deliberated on topics like personality, learning and contribution saying “the personality within you is one that sends out a positive vibe around you. We all have a distinct personality but the commonality is that we are all looking forward to a healthy society.”
Colonel Govind then said that making a difference emerges from a thought being translated into action which becomes a habit and finally imbibed into one’s character.
He also stressed on the need to listen to advices, putting an extra effort and introspecting on one’s skills, strengths and weaknesses.
