CM extends Bishu greetings

Nagaland chief minister Neiphiu Rio has extended greetings on the occasion of Bishu, a festival celebrated by the Kachari community. 
In a message, Rio hoped that the festival would be celebrated under a spirit of peace, harmony and brotherhood and that all programmes and functions would be conducted in a successful manner.
