Dr. P. Kilemsungla, currently a member of Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) has been conferred the PadmaShri for literature and education by the government of India. Dr. P. Kilemsungla’s name figured in the list of Following is the list of the 127 awardees of Padma Vibhushan, Padma Bhushan and Padma Shri which were announced on the eve of the 65th Republic day. It may be mentioned that Dr P. Kilemsungla was appointed as a member of UPSC, the first Naga to achieve this feat.
