Outgoing DC Phek accorded farewell

Outgoing deputy commissioner (DC) Phek, Neposo Theluo, was accorded farewell February 18 at DPDB Conference Hall, Phek town, where prominent leaders from Phek district, heads of offices, administration officers, police officers, public leaders, GBs and NGO leaders attended the function.

Speaking on the occasion, Neposo Theluo, who has been transferred as DC Kiphire, expressed his happiness for his subordinate officers and staffs, SP Phek and various departments for their cooperation and support during his stay.

He also acknowledged various NGOs leaders, public leaders and also business community for their cooperation and tireless support.

CM Tsanglao, who took over as the  new DC Phek, in his speech, said he felt blessed for being posted in Phek district for the second time to work with the people of Phek district and called upon people to work together in oneness for betterment of the district. 

SP Phek Deepali Masirkar spoke on behalf of HoDs of Phek district while Chakhesang mothers’ association (CMA) president Zaposhelu spoke on behalf of NGOs of Phek district.

Chozuba ADC Polan John also delivered a speech on behalf of administrative officers. DC office Phek accountant Thepuchiyi spoke on behalf of clerical staff. DC office clerical staff and Dobashis presented a special song at the programme. The function was chaired by Phek SDO (Civil) Holohon Yepthomi.
