A mission for the protection of all the species of tree planted over the years at Mount Tiyi College campus, Wokha was carried out by the senior members of the college NSS team, Saturday. The programme was organized and supervised by the VP of the college, Amos Ovung and assistant professor Mhono Odyuo. The officer in-charge enlightened the team about the importance of tree in the context of environmental issues confronting the society today. He urged the NSS members to play a special role in safeguarding it to create a green and a refreshing campus for the benefit of all.
