Yimchungru Akheru Arihako (YAA), the apex student organization of Yimchungru tribe, has claimed that during its educational tour under Chessore area they found constant irregularities of teachers due to the pending salaries under SSA and poor infrastructure of the school institutions.
In a press release, YAA president Akiuba Yimchunger affirmed the support to NSSATA agitation and appealed to the responsible authority to release salaries of SSA teachers at the earliest so teachers could perform their assigned duties for the interest of the student community.
Meanwhile, the union has expressed disappointment over the ongoing construction from Aghunato-Shamator road awarded under different schemes. It reminded the contractor/firm to execute the work as per the specification of the work mentioned in detail project report (DPR). Further, YAA demanded quality workmanship and warned that clearance certificate/bill should not be produced without the knowledge of YAA for the general welfare of the people.
