Dimapur Digambar Jain Samaj (DDJS) has been organizing a free medical camp at its Jain Hospital since August 30 on the occasion of Paryushan Parva and the camp is further extended till September 9 evening. So far more than 700 patients from various communities have been benefitted with free check-ups besides free X-ray, ECG, blood sugar tests, vaccinations and free medicines. Almost 100 patients are being taken care of every day during the camp.
DDJS has acknowledged Dr. B K Sethi, Dr. R N Padhi, Dr. Yanger, Dr. Dipika, Dr. Swati, Dr. Sunil Sharma who have volunteered for various check-ups besides surgeries, dental and gynecological issues. The samaj said that the hospital committee members Ajeet sethi, Manoj Chhabra and Sushil Jain are leaving no stones unturned for the humanitarian service.
