All government Hindi teachers serving in GHSS/ GHS/ GMS/ GPS attached to DEO/ SDEO/ GHI and private schools/ Hindi institutes under different establishment under Directorate of School Education have been asked to come for physical verification.
The government teachers are asked to come along with all the documents in original and one set of Photocopy of appointment order, education qualification, date of birth, present posting order, latest extension order, regularization order etc.
It informed that photograph of all the Hindi Teachers should be taken individually for authentication on the spot, while it cautioned that anyone failing to present physically, their salary would be withheld and take strong action against the defaulters. In this regard all the DEOs/ SDEOs/ Principals/ Headmasters are directed to pass the information to all the Hindi Teachers in their respective establishment.
The verification would be carried out from October 27 to November 1 in the respective SDEO office.
Further, all DEOs and District head quarter SDEOs have been requested to arrange accommodation for the visiting officers. All concerned teachers are asked to contact phone no. 9436604869 or email to at nrbps_hindi@yahoo.com for further information.
