Special education teachers association (SETAN) team who called on minister for school education, Yitachu on June 18 apprised him about the genuine grievances faced by special teachers.
In a press release, SETAN information & publicity secretary L. Ekonthung Lotha stated that the minister “sincerely” expressed concern over the issue and assured to look into the matter at the earliest. The minister also reportedly assured SETAN that pending salary would be released.
