In continuation to the circular issued on the new traffic regulations restricting the entry of heavy vehicles into the city limits of Dimapur w.e.f. July 20. According to Dimapur Police ADCP / PRO, the restrictions would also apply for inbound heavy vehicles entering Dimapur via Kohima Road NH 29. Police said vehicles will be denied entry from Chumukedima checkgate between 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. for which all concerned have been requested to take note and co-operate with the new regulations.
