Office of the Commissioner of Police, Dimapur has informed that Dimapur Police would be carrying out mock riot drill at the Dimapur Government College grounds on April 7, 2016. In a press release, PRO, Dimapur police stated that blank rounds, tear gases and other munitions would be fired as part of the drill. Police have advised the citizens in the vicinity to take note and not to panic.
