Government of Nagaland has exempted projects being implemented under “Restructured Accelerated Power Development and Reforms Programme (RAPDRP) and Integrated Power Development Scheme (IPDS)” by the power department, Government of Nagaland” from payment of Value Added Tax (VAT) with immediate effect until formal implementation of the Goods and Services Tax (GST) regime or issue of further amendments, whichever was earlier.
