A medical camp organized by the Assemblies of God East India was held at Bethesda Higher Secondary School, Dimapur with a team of medical doctors from United States, Friday. In a brief chat with Nagaland Post, the proprietor and general superintendent of Assemblies of God, East India said, the visiting team of 11 members, under the Assemblies of God-World Missions, had been conducting various camps in the North-eastern region including four in Assam where medical assistance in the form of medicines and spectacles were handed over to those patients in need. Head of the visiting team Dr. Robert who is a dentist by profession said he was mesmerised by the countryside, the people and the hospitality given to them. The doctor said, the team, all self sponsored, conducts medical camps at various locations only when invited by a concerned personality and that they were here on Rev. Moses Murry’s invitation. He expressed his desire to come again to conduct such camps.
