Consequent upon the finance department in releasing 50 percent fund under RCH flexipool and assurance by MD, NHM that pending salaries would be released within a week, the employees of National Health Mission Employees Association of Nagaland (NHMEA) has postponed the proposed agitation. Announcing this, the NHMEA president, Dr. Meren and general secretary, Ajungla urged the state government and finance department to release the remaining NHM and vertical programme funds at the earliest. The association further thanked public for support and the members for remaining united.
