A book “Journey- Finding the hidden gems” written by Limaonen Imchen was released Saturday at Cosmos Entertainment Hall by EAC Monyakshu, Mon, Sentilong.
While releasing the book, Sentilong said it was encouraging to see many young writers in Nagaland saying a society could be measured by the product of intellectuals and writers, not materials.
He said that the emerging writers should be supported and encouraged to share their ideas and visions to propel the society forward especially this time when “we” are witnessing social, political and Cultural Revolution in “our” society.
Congratulating the author on releasing his second book within three years, Sentilong while speaking about the book said it motivates, encourages and instil the life values in the readers as one journey in this “broken world”.
The author Limaonen Imchen said, his aim as an author was to reach out to the young people that remind them that they are special because they possess the power to change and give hope to the world.
The book was dedicated by youth evangelist MTBA, Temnameren and a special song was presented by Akumsunep. The function was chaired by Talinungsang and the benediction was said by Anungla Kichu.
