Border area students receive training from Pinnacle Skills

Altogether 40 Driving trainees and 13 girls in Hospitality, all from the international border areas, received certificates after successfully completing their course from Pinnacle Skills which has partnered with Department of Under Developed Areas (DUDA) for imparting vocational training under border area development programme. 
 A brief ‘valedictory function of hospitality & driving trainees (DUDA) programme cum distribution of certificates to the successful trainees’ was held on Friday at fair view apartment (top floor), Pinnacle Skills boys hostel, Khermahal, Dimapur.
Special guest of the function and secretary DUDA Senti Ao lauded Pinnacle Skills for providing training to the youths from the international border areas and for enabling them and imbibing confidence in them.
He highlighted various rules and regulations for the and also encouraged them to be polite, disciplined and to be better citizens.
In his message to the hospitality trainees, Ao advised them to uphold moral character and to avail the opportunity that they receive so that they would learn and become leaders.
Earlier, overview of training was presented by Pinnacle skills chief executive, Dr. Yan Murry. Dr. Murry informed it was the second year of training under the border area development programme. He lauded the DUDA department for the opportunity provided to the trainees.
Dr. Murry also briefed about the activities conducted during the training process.
According to Dr. Murry, of the 13 hospitality trainees, 11 of them have opted for placement in premium hotels after the festive season.
He further encouraged the trainees to respect the certificate and deliver justice to it by working hard and making the best use of it.
