The co-ordination meeting of Naga People’s Front (NPF) 51 A/C Noksen was held at residence of area president on December 13 at Tuensang town, attended by Tuensang division office bearers, CEC member, area representatives to central office Kohima, Tuensang division and all the area office bearers.
A press note by NPF 51 A/C general secretary, Kelep Chang stated that vice president, Hanso Chang encouraged the party leaders to be committed and to work continuously for the welfare of the area people. He also impressed upon the party workers to stand firm against all odds which would be a great blessing in future for both area as well as for the Tuensang district.
President division women wing, Yimsela Chang urged the womenfolk to actively participate in the party affairs and play an important role. She also asked the gathering to be steadfast in area developmental sector. Others who spoke included CEC member, Ngaku Chang, central office Kohima secretary, H. Chang, area president Pheym Chang, secretary Tuensang division S. Chollen, vice president division and area representative Besoyemjong, president area women wing Khumla Chang, president area youth wing Yimse Chang.
Highlights of the co-ordination meeting included invocation by vice president Tuensang division M. Aten and vote of thanks by area vice president, P. Naset.
