Chumoukedima Chamber of Trade and Commerce Association (CCTCA) has said that some shopkeepers in Chumoukedima are paying annual tax to some Naga national group which was against the public resolution of “one government one tax” taken at weekly market on February 13, 2014.   Therefore, CCTCA president Avi Chase and general secretary James Kin cautioned that the shopkeepers paying tax would be doing at their own risk. Further, the association has reminded the shopkeepers not to sale their goods above the MRP. It also asked the pharmacies of Chumoukedima to keep qualified/eligible person to mend the pharmacy and obtain proper certificate from the medical department of Nagaland.
