NDPP Wokha district conducts consultative meet

Nationalist Democratic Progressive Party (NDPP) Wokha district organised a consultative meeting on October 21 at Santsuphen particularly for Longsa village with NDPP Nagaland, vice president, Dr. Chumben Murry as guest speaker.
In a press release, NDPP Wokha media and communication secretary, Mhonchan Tungoe, informed that Dr. Chumben Murry appreciated Longsa villagers for their unceasing support and dedication and further urged them to remain loyal and combat worthy. Batting for an outcome oriented approach to village development, Dr. Chumben Murry said that “state has sufficient resources for development of rural villages” but the desired results could be achieved only through good leadership, peoples participation and good governance.
The meeting chaired by NDPP unit president, Etsorhomo Ezung was attended by 470 members. Invocation was pronounced by Konchio Ezung, short speeches were delivered by CC Ezung, Yibomo Humtso, head GB, Yankhosao Lotha, president women wing, Sanu and chairman Wokha Village Council, Yanphamo Tungoe.
