Office of the Principal Accountant General (PAG) (A&E) Kohima has informed all the GPF subscribers of the state government that a list of unposted items, due to wrong GPF account numbers and names forwarded erroneously by various departments, have been compiled and handed over to the Sr. Treasury Officers for further distribution to DDOs. A press release by the office has informed all DDOs to submit the corrected list directly to the GPF branch of the PGS’s office or through the concerned Treasury Officer for restoration. All GPF subscribers have been requested to submit collateral evidence for restoration of their missing credits. Further, the PAG said that 20l7-18 GPF accounts were about to be closed for which all the GPF subscribers have been requested to submit their documents to GPF Branch of the office latest by June 29.
