A one-day workshop on cooking and baking was organised by Tenyiphe Youth Organization (TYO) on July 13 at Tenyiphe Village Council Hall, Chümoukedima, Dimapur.
In a press release, TYO general secretary, Seyietuo Yashü and vice president, Mhasileto Medoze stated that the workshop was organised as part of the yearly plan to impart training to the youths for skills and employment generation.
The resource persons for the workshop were chef Joel Basumatary, proprietor Smokie Joe and Naga Chef Judge and Olavinü Luho, degree holder in Baking and Confectionery, Delhi.
The programme was chaired by Mhasileto Medoze while welcome address was delivered by Ayo Luho. Altogether 40 participants attended the programme.
