Phek Town Chakhesang Students’ Union (PTCSU) successfully conducted its 14th phase of sanitation drive with the students of Royal Foundation School at Phek town on August 24.
PTCSU vice president Khruzota Vadeo in a press release has appreciated the good turn-out of the students at the social work. He informed that district award has been awarded to PTCSU for undertaking sanitation drive on every Saturday. PTCU speaker Surhoveyi Khesoh acknowledged the students for exercising good sanitary practices over the years. He sought the continuous support and efforts of the students and responsible citizens to keep the town clean and maintain healthy environment.
The social work commenced from Clock Tower till Phek town local ground. More than 200 students and teachers participated in the sanitation drive.
