Mokokchung Press Club (MPC) has resolved to avoid all press conferences for the time being in view of the global pandemic COVID-19 outbreak and as a countermeasure for protection of members.
A press release from MPC president, Limalenden Longkumer and secretary, Sashimeren Jamir also appealed to all the citizens of Mokokchung to adhere to the public advisories issued by competent authorities from time to time on the matter. MPC further made a sincere appeal that each and every single individual member of the society come together to defeat COVID-19 and that common sense would prevail, to fare through this trying situation together and safely as a society.
