Bharatya Janata Party (BJP) Peren district commemorated one year completion of Modi-2.0-cum- inauguration of district head office on June 8 at Jalukie town. A press release from BJP Peren stated that, the new office of the district BJP Peren was inaugurated by Rev. Fr. George Antony, parish priest & principal of St. Xavier Hr. Secondary School Jalukie. In compliance with the directives of the state BJP Nagaland unit, Kerieteilu was appointed as the president of the district BJYM and endorsed upon him to set up office at the earliest. Meanwhile, party men extended support to the district administration and rendered service by way of serving one-time meal to 250 returnees at the three quarantine centres Peren.
