Taking serious note of “unwarranted directives/statements” being issued by certain individuals/organizations obstructing entry of healthcare workers into their colonies, after duties, deputy commissioner (DC) Dimapur Anoop Khinchi has warned of action against such diktat.
DC said that issuing such directives, which infringes on an individual rights and in violation of the government orders will be liable to be punished under Sec. 3 of the Epidemic Act and Sec. 188 of the IPC.
