New Ministers Hill Panchayat (NMHP), women and youth organisations of New Ministers Hill Kohima and Chakhesang Women Society Kohima (CWSK) have strongly condemned the barbaric act committed by a father to his underage daughter.
NHMP, women and youth organisations: In a condemnation note by chairman, NHMP, Ward 16, Neibo O Kire, stated that such kind of act was viewed very seriously and should be condemned by one and all. NMHP urged upon law enforcing agency to punish the culprit as per law.
CWSK: Chakhesang Women Society Kohima (CWSK) in a condemnation note by president Neikhwepeu Khalo and general secretary, Meneno V. Rhakho stated that, such a person with a depraved mind does not belong in society. It appealed to the concerned authorities to thoroughly investigate and award the accused with befitting punishment, which would act as a deterrent for the future.
